The crane block for cargo lifting is the accessory used to handle, lift or transport loads in a practical and safe way. The crane block works together with a conventional or special wire rope.

When used with two or three sheaves, it becomes known as steel double block. The block is produced with forged hooks and cast iron, in addition to a group with a sheaves system with bearings. Therefore, this equipment distributes the weight of the loads equally.
